Refund Policy
All products sold on Digital Orbit are digital, downloadable files. Because these files can be accessed and downloaded instantly, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been used or a file has been downloaded.
However, we will happily provide a refund or replacement if:
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or won’t open
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice
- The product does not match its description in a significant way
To request a refund or replacement: Email us at nscalculator@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, with your order number and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
Please note: Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong item by mistake, or no longer need the product — so please review each product’s description and preview images carefully before buying.
License Terms
When you purchase a product from Digital Orbit, you receive a license to use that file — you are not purchasing the copyright to the design itself. Here’s what that means:
✅ You CAN:
- Use the file for personal projects (planning, organizing, home use, gifts for personal use, etc.)
- Use the file for your own small business (e.g., printing a planner to use in your own workflow, using a template for your own client work)
- Print the file as many times as you like for your own use
- Make personal edits to editable templates (colors, text, layout) for your own use
❌ You CANNOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original file (as-is) with others
- Upload the file to another website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform
- Claim the design as your own original work
- Use the file to create a competing product for resale (e.g., turning our planner into your own printable product line)
A Note on Editable Templates
Many of our templates are editable so you can personalize them. This is meant for your own use — editing a file doesn’t transfer ownership of the design, and resale of edited versions is still not permitted.
